Default hammerrite paint on calipers?

its ok to use this isnt it? it wont just come off in a few months?
cant be arsed with buying proper caliper paint.

Did my cavalier ones with it over a year ago and hasnt cracked or peeled at all

Use smoothrite in the spray can does a much better job

worked well on my brakes, did both the Fiesta (2 years ago) and cossie (a year ago) one's, never peeled off and still looking like new.

but as martyn & AJ allready said; use smoothrite

IM sure the hammer finish would work too, all depends of if you want them to look like an old mans garden gate or not

I always use it on mine, never had any probs, get the smooth finish tho the
hammered finish looks cack after a while....

Yeah i did my calipers about 6 months back with just normal black hammerite from halfords, used a paint brush, there still looking fine, no cracking/peeling/flaking or n e thing

these calipers were done with smooth finish hammerite, not used them yet though so best be ok!!



and these rear discs were done in silver hammerite smooth
