Default Wiring 12v up, where to?

Good Saturday morning to you all!

So in my mums X-type i want to put a 12v behind the glove box (where fuses are) for a dash cam. Would i be best getting my switched live from the radio? If not where could i get it from?

Any help would be great thanks!

Easy enough to tap a feed off from the fuse box, just find a spare pin that's live when the ignition is turned on!

When I've looked its only big enough to kinda get the fuses out. I guess i could remove some panels and do it that way? Didn't think about that i was just thinking the radio wires would of been easier to get too Maybe ill go back to the drawing board Feel like a idiot now lol.

Just found this for the fuse box "F68 Mini 15 Blue Cigar lighter." Would that run two from this?

That will be ok, provided you connect it after the fuse, NOT before, by doing this the cam is not protected!

You should check the rating of the cam as well.
