I have one of these!

Unfortunatly I dont find the boost pressure that easy to read especially when its blinking up and down with .1 psi incriments!

Water Temp and Fuel Pressure one is pretty useful though!

There should be a complete wiring loom with the gauge, if you have that then it should be very simple to wire up.

Just Black for Earth, Red with inline fuse in it for 12v. then there is a button which you have to mount seperately from the gauge. Only other parts are the plugs on the other end for the sensors.

Normal Water Temp while say @ 50 mph, and temps outside of 20 C. Mine used to run about 80-85 C.

I mounted three of them where the heater vents used to be in one of those fibre glass things you get at the shows!

The buttons set all the gauges they even do hi and low voltage hi and low warnings eg: hi and low temp or pressure

you can even change the back ground colour red/green theres load of other fuctions that these gauges can do they are every good , they even got peak recall of boost /charge air /oil temp /oil pressure/water temp /fuel pressure

if you look at the gauges carefully the have 2 lights 1 on the top and 1 on the bottom that light up yellow and red you can use these to set your max psior temp or what ever then if you go over or below that reading that you have set these will then light up to let you know

Andy

they have been in the car for about 2.5 yrs now

there for all the features you have peek recall and also you can set the lights to come on the gauge at pre set levels as well as a few other features (saves you needing to stare at the gauges when driving ) you can also use the triggered outputs to run anything with a 12v live for exapmle water injection or water spray or warning lights anything else for that matter

edit marco beat me to it!

they look spot on marco

i have one, boost and temp but need the bit that plugs on the end to read the boost.

think its screws into the inlet manifold to read the boost pressure.

Anyone know where i can get one.

thanks.

Sean,

think it is the sender bit, looks like a bit of a plug at the end of the boost wire, pressume they have unplugged the sender and left that in the manifold, if thats how it is wired in.

Sean, tried SPA and get put through and goes onto a message.

if thats what i need, the sender bit,i would buy one off you.

You going to Cental Day,can get it off you there if not will pm you my details.

thanks,

Dave.

Yeah the plug that goes onto the sender is square with a screw fixing through the middle and contains four wire connectors.

No problem I will bring a sender to central day for you.

Great guages......programmable outputs allow endles options....for example rad fans kick in at given temp on water temp guages.....Gas switches off at given boost preassure....top quality

DaveEscos

nothing wrong with defi's mate they are very good aswell

i think they are one of the best anolog gauges on the market

still the with the SPA you can set them so they can turn things on like water injection/fans/lights you name it .

you can even set them to turn your engine off if you wanted to with a low pressure warning

i bet your Defi can't do that

I've got five of the fookers and haven't got a clue how to set up all the warning lights which are very good... I also don't know how to reset them even though Martin has shown me 3 times

Great gauges actually... you do see the warning lights as well.

Gonna rip this dash set up out and remount all the gauges, switches and fuses and make it look alot more pro
