Sorry to sound like a chav but what feels quicker out of the .48 or .63? What one will press you into the seat more? It's confusing as I'd of guessed the laggier .63 would 'feel' quicker but I've read so many people saying that the 0.48 is more punchy. What do they mean about that?

Would that match the t36 for power Mark?

I much prefer the .63 over a .48.

It has more flow than a T36 so I am expecting more power and more tq.

I had to use a paddle on mine as it has same torque but a bit more power due to slight manifold and turbo specs but the same map as James.
As said it is so much fun to drive leave it in 5th and off you go.

The T38 fits straight on and will work fine for EKJIM's needs

I have got a CR T38 with billet compressor on my 450bhp 2wd and have had no issues at all, virtually no lag is what I like about it. I have had several turbos from CR and always top quality and Vince is very helpful.

There is lots of things to think about here , I had a talk to Vince at CR just before the break , and got a quote to make my t34 63 a billet compressor wheel and roller bearing , AVA says this should hit full boost around 500 rpm quicker . Im just now thinking how much more it would be to convert to roller bearing t38 it would save me changing the turbo again if I want a bit more power .

The only T38 I found works in a TT one the rest have always been a compramise, With the TT version you compramise that with lag.

Yeah true but thought if I get it converted to t38 I won't have to change the turbo again when I want a bit more power when I finish building the 200 block engine. Still on a 205 block in my Capri at the moment.
