Default Marks on main bearing

Hi just building up my old engine with different crank and new bearings. The crank is still on standard size. I've plastic gauge the mains cleaned up and torqued up. I then turn it over half a dozen times then pulled one of the caps off to check and this is what I was left with number one cap. What are people's opinion on this. My thoughts are to get the checked/possible regrind?

I think it's a bad shell because we've just changed the shell from the second main torqued down and turned over. No marks when we removed it again.
