Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew much about the Ford double din head units you find in focus/mondeos around the 2008 model age?

My head unit has packed up, it has all the sat nav functions running through it as well so the car is pretty screwed without it! Tried a different head unit in & it works, but can't seem to find a decent replacement for this one... Any suggestions of what is compatible with the cars sat nav etc?

 

Is it the touchscreen blaupunkt unit?

No it's the Blaupunkt LSRNSREP model, sat nav runs through it & all the music /radio functions. Unit is totally dead, even the back lights/ unit lights don't come on with the headlights.

Tried replacing the main fuses & tried it in another car, it's dead. Can find a place to repair it, but not at Ł390!

 

Wow that's crazy lol. There's a repair shop near me called maple audio, they do repairs sent by post. Maybe worth contacting them?
