Avo are non serviceable last time I looked. Gaz are serviceable. However I bought a pair of rear gaz GHA's for my focus rs about 3 years ago. They lasted less than a week, bit of a fight to get them exchanged too. I never fitted the exchange items.
I work at Leda now, need I say more!?

Whatever you get if it's mainly a road car you'll need them custom valved and the right springs

Most coil overed cars I've been in were shit for road use as the were way oversprung and too low.

Very wise words. If the springs are too hard they don't allow the dampers to work
