Default Unbranded Radiators

As you may have read in one of my previous post's my radiator decided to give up on the way to the M.O.T. station.

I am obvioulsy looking to replace it ASAP and have seen on Fleebay unbranded 50mm core chrome radiators ranging from prices £125- £170.

Has anybody purchased and used one and your thoughts on them?

Are they cheap copies?
Have they lasted???

Look forward to your replys.

I have one in mine and as a radiator it's ok, but I can't say the same for the fitment.

The problem is they have the 'lip' missing at the top, which would normally bolt up against the standard I/C, which means it can 'pivot' which can result in the PAS pump pulley fouling the top hose.

I did look at the time and all of them are of the same design (probably due to the fact that the majority have larger IC'S anyway, so wouldn't be needed)

I created a thread about this, but had little response, so I guess others did not notice it and/or realise the above problem!

I think even 'Airtec' are of the same design, does your current IC fix to the rad?

Just go for the Airtec. Cheap enough and you know what your getting. Ie something that will do the job.
