Just do stuff that's reversible come sale time. Exhaust,boost pipes,remap,air filter,etc..
Our lasses has got air filter,exhaust,boost pipes and blufin. History from new and 60k miles. It's her daily but will only do 3k ish a year so should never loose value really.
