Done a lot in the Vw world, they weld up and re drill. It depends on the car but someone like Mk or mt motorsport may be able to help you

Easiest option is 5 by 112 granada hubs and a set of hub adapters to get them to 5 by 100. The holes always clash going 4 to 5.

I looked into having some 4 stud hubs welded up a long time ago, the engineering shop said the heat required would warp the faces, so then they need machining to re true and balancing as well.

I imagine if you could get a group buy going then Mark at MT may be able to help make new blank hubs as he has recently had group A hubs made for the RS500s

Rather than redrilling the hub I would consider some other options

- Try getting the same wheels in any 4 stud PCD then either weld up the holes if they have flat backs, then redrill the correct PCD.

- Same as above but use PCD adapters which are readily available

- Use PCD adapters from 4 to 5 stud but you may have to end up using 2 different PCD adapters which means the adapters will end up adding approx 25-30mm to the offset of the wheels as a minimum

- Weld the wheels if they have flat backs and redrill to 4x108

I wouldnt recommend welding the hub themselves personally but im sure some people will say its fine and have tried and tested it themselves
