Loosing a bit of motivation for BIG BHP....
Its costing so much
....beleive me i am doin it the cheapest way but you could still buy an Escos instead of a big bhp engine 
Am i MAD?

One thing you couldnt do with the money you have spent on your engine is pay for the hosting for all your threads about it, according to the latest stats Ł17.56 of the Ł20 quid membership fee goes towards paying for the "hello look at me i'm phil" posts.

Dingy......i got other prioritys other than Cossies...so only a certain amount goes in that...so will be a little longer than anticipated...as i wont dip into any other fund..but rest assured its comming

Incidentally...its Bosch sales that fund the project...but at the mo greens and greys are obsolete and also from telling Stu to fook off...not good business at the mo...... but who the fook cares i dont....i live life how i want to..doing 90 on the freeway bumping Gloria...

Martin Hadland......you can pick up an Escos for 10k
Build a YB with 650plus from scratch with uprated gearbox/diff/brakes/suspension and other safety items.....i can assure you its WELL over 10k...unless of course you steal the parts....which quite frankly aint for me.....
If you can do all that for under 10k Martin....i bow down to YOU as you quoted me 12k for a 500bhp engine...and that didnt include uprated gearbox/diff/brakes/suspension

Phil, the 12K he quoted you included a hefty labour charge, thats what expoerts like martin do for a living, should be FAR cheaper than that to build it yourself, plus he was quoting you for a reliable 500bhp engine, not a use once and then never have at full boost again 650bhp on race fuel motor, thats FAR easier to make than a reliable 500bhp road fuel motor.

You seem to have us confused.
If you see someone mic'ing up a crank and making sure its not gone tapered thats probably me, if you see someone finger fukking a rotty, then its probably you.
Or have you actually built dozens of engines but you are just too modest to mention them, cause that doesnt seem very likely given that you cant even THINK about doing something without posting about it 300 times let alone actually do it and keep your mouth shut.

When i was thinking T4 power i asked several tuners how much...Harvey thru Mike gave me a quote and so did YOU Martin maybe you dont realise i was originally Imatrukahs???

Phil yes, loads of people have seen my cars over the years.
If you ask someone like Alex flower he can probably remember me posting engine building pictures about 7 years ago on old forums we were on and has been out in that car too, and likewise there are other people on here who have been in other of my cars.
But aside from all that, why would i say anything if it wasnt true?

I think even my girlfriend has probably done more engien work than you have, and just to prove it here are a few pictures of her, although obviously you will claim ive just photshopped these up in two mins flat, or that its not really my girlfriend even thoguh she has been at several PF meets with me including the paintballing and is in the photos maria posted:
Cleaning up a head, lapping in the valves etc (basic head recondition)
Setting points gap with a dwell angle meter, doubt you would understand anything old school like that though mate!
Reconditioning a starter motor
She looks a bit younger there case she was only 16 at the time, just prooving the point though about how long some of us have been into these funny car and engine thingys you have recently taken an interest in and somehow think you know about just cause you have spent a load of your dads money on a couple of them.

phil, not thats not me, you asked for a testimony from a non new user and Alex gave you one, i was just also backing it up with some ages old pics i took of my mrs when i was teaching her how to do some stuff, i dont have pictures of me working on cars much cause im not very photogenic, ill see what i can dig out though, must have something somewhere with my ugly mug in it, just to shut you up!
