Martin Hadland......you can pick up an Escos for 10k

Build a YB with 650plus from scratch with uprated gearbox/diff/brakes/suspension and other safety items.....i can assure you its WELL over 10k...unless of course you steal the parts....which quite frankly aint for me.....


If you can do all that for under 10k Martin....i bow down to YOU as you quoted me 12k for a 500bhp engine...and that didnt include uprated gearbox/diff/brakes/suspension ...Oh deny it..of course i made that up

 

Phil, the 12K he quoted you included a hefty labour charge, thats what expoerts like martin do for a living, should be FAR cheaper than that to build it yourself, plus he was quoting you for a reliable 500bhp engine, not a use once and then never have at full boost again 650bhp on race fuel motor, thats FAR easier to make than a reliable 500bhp road fuel motor.

You seem to have us confused.

If you see someone mic'ing up a crank and making sure its not gone tapered thats probably me, if you see someone finger fukking a rotty, then its probably you.

Or have you actually built dozens of engines but you are just too modest to mention them, cause that doesnt seem very likely given that you cant even THINK about doing something without posting about it 300 times let alone actually do it and keep your mouth shut.

Phil yes, loads of people have seen my cars over the years.

If you ask someone like Alex flower he can probably remember me posting engine building pictures about 7 years ago on old forums we were on and has been out in that car too, and likewise there are other people on here who have been in other of my cars.

But aside from all that, why would i say anything if it wasnt true?

phil, not thats not me, you asked for a testimony from a non new user and Alex gave you one, i was just also backing it up with some ages old pics i took of my mrs when i was teaching her how to do some stuff, i dont have pictures of me working on cars much cause im not very photogenic, ill see what i can dig out though, must have something somewhere with my ugly mug in it, just to shut you up!
