think you can put a certain chip in them to stop them being detected...my ex used to work for NTL& made a fortune from chipped boxes...

I know with the older cable and wireless boxes they used to send a signal or something that they used 2 be able detect whos wernt legit but there was something u could plug in to block the signal as said.

This was years ago but theres always ways round things like that so cant see it not working!!!
