Well traded in me m3 in Friday and picked up brand new golf gtd, really like it drives very well and has plenty of pull, any 1 got 1? I'm looking into getting it remapped when get few miles put on it

My brother in law has a company one 170bhp I think, we were late for the football a few months ago around Manchester and I was very surprised how quick and long the gears were. Off the line it was rapid very impressed, having had a 535d company car myself (mapped) I know diesels have really come a long way in recent years. Lovely motor enjoy

i got the old version mk5 140bhp model - its quick enough for me as a daily and has DSG auto box so just point and squirt. Goes well off the line too

Have these at work all the time going out on fleet. Mk7 Golf GTD is 184ps but can go upto 240ps mapped/chipped.
The ones with the sound pack make an odd noise like an old beetle.
The Golf GTE is a good laugh though in electric mode.

Book quotes 31 ish miles but expect around 18. The car seems to charge up quite quickly but it also charges on the go when braking. In electric only mode it picks up quite well. I would be tempted myself to get one on the car scheme at work.

Got the wife the Leon FR, same engine as the new GTD but now as the Audi A3 chassis.

Very very pleased with how it drives and how it pulls, it's only done 150 miles so far but seems to have loads of torque, I'm back offshore now so will have to wait for sum pictures! Hopefully she put a few miles on it whilst I'm away and I can get it remapped in a few moths
