Default Cosworth ISCV top hat conversion

how do I go about modifying a ISCV for top hat ?
I have this kit


anyone done this ?
I know of the idle issues and so on, but have a spare valve i would like to try it on.

is this for anti lag use, had a few but passed them onto to someone here, sonic i think,races a black 3dr

best running a seperate valve for antilag that way you can have it proper agressive and still maintain some idle capabilities i believe the most common used ones are old vw ones i have a porsche 944 in at work at the mo that has one that looks suitable

You have to strip the iscv down and swap the shaft

Yes - I did come to that conclusion - but could you in anyway guide me? - I don't see how I can remove the old shaft

Hi
You dont remove the old shaft if you did what would you replace it with lol
You drill and tap it then screw the long cap head in to that with that hat on it

just googled "long cap head" lol that was the part i referred to as "shaft"
sorry didn't know the correct English word.

so how do I remove the original bolt, so I can drill and tap the shaft?

I can't seem to unscrew the original??
