Default Working out engine CC after assembly

Hi guys, didnt really think of this at the time but kind of messed up here, I didnt CC my Zetec turbo motor before I built it. I now need a rough estimate at best for my ECU. However, would I be able to work it out?

Its a standard ST170 bottom end, 2.0 Blacktop Head and 1.8mm Gasket.. Or am I stuffed

Not just fill the entire engine with water, then measure how much pours out?
