Anyone else having problems with there d500???
I cant get into my "Downloaded Images"? Every time i try to the phone freezes then returns to normal like it has just been switched on?
Just thought i would see if im the only person with this problem?

ive had mine now for 1 month and a few weeks.. and the only problem i have is the signal.. it drops when outside (sometimes) and has full bar inside next to ma computer.. proper strange.. just do a manuel RESET m8.. and enter the 8 digit number code.. to reset all the phone back to factory settings..

 

Done the reset mate and it didnt do anything really???
Still cant view my downloaded images and it didnt even get rid of my pics or videos which i thought a reset would do???

 

my phone dont freeze but its very very slow when looking through downloaded images, ive only got a couple in there!

but how good is the video recorder

 

i owuld take it to a carphone warehouse as there maybe firmware updates, that will sort the problem out

 

Video recorderer does not have a pause button ,not good tried to video the rally last week but with my nokia i could record and pause to get just one long video , the d500 has twenty short single video clips.

 

Ive managed to get into my "Downloaded images" by sending myself another pic from my pc then deleting all the images! I then sent a couple more images which worked fine but after a while the problem rears its ugly head again
Whats this"Firmware updates"???

They update the software on the phone, so if there has been reports of problems then they fix it and release a new version of the phone software.

I got my gf's 6230 done the other day and since the phone came out there has been 3 updates.
