Default Help needed please

Hi guys I have a 4x4 saph Cosworth and it's been acting funny like going on 3 cylinders and clearing and wount start now I am getting spark (running wasted spark) it's like it goes to start but wount keep running... I think it might be a map sensor it blew the vacuum hoses off but there all back on I also had similar problem with my Escort Cosworth a couple years ago where's the best place to get a map sensor? Has anyone else had this problem?

Also I be done a compression test and all pressures are good and changed the plugs.

Ohh while I am here what do I need to do to get my rev counter working as it's not working since fitted wasted spark?

Thanks in advance
Scott.

I think MSD supply instructions, but you need to do a mod to it.

A bad MAP can cause that problem, as it will run rich, you can do a diagnostics on the ECU with an LED (or just use a multimeter, as I believe the diagnostics only shows an open circuit.) I think MSD supply them.

It's a good idea to cable tie the pipes, especially the FP one, as if this comes of it can end up in a catastrophe.
