Default M Sport Focos??

Anyone know anything about them? Thinking of looking at this one but cant find any info online about it? was it actually built by m sport or just a kit put on?

He said rear quarters and wings are steel. Bumpers are fiberglass.

EDIT : title is ment to say focus not focos.

The kit on that car didn't come about untill 2003 ish and even then the phase 2 WRC car was based on the LHD American Focus SVT body shell. The American focus offered a slightly longer wheelbase than the uk car..........

Its strange i checked the history and its originally a irish car. Usually you would expect it to be a english import.

And why would m-sport use a 1999 car that would of been around 3-4 years old when they built the car?? Especially when they would of got new cars from ford when requested.

Got a reply from m sport.

Thank you for your enquiry to M-Sport. It sounds like the car may be one of the show cars built for advertising when we were running the Focus programme. These were of several types from static display models to fully running vehicles but unfortunately we do not have records of the cars details as they were not all built here at M-Sport. I’m sorry I cant give any more information than that.
