what will happen if.....
what will happen if we modified a new car's engine by a MSD device,will the ignition system change into better or nothing?

Presumably the OP is referring to the American MSD Ignition range.
Answer - Feck all these days. They were good for replacing old dizzee's etc but these days ignition systems are very strong and powerful and I can't see an MSD matching this (reliably) or exceeding it for any benifit.
Basically on anything semi modern, save your money
