Hi,
My girlfriend had a 2003 1.5dci clio
the car runs fine and starts fine but today on slip road to motorway at a steady speed of 60mph in 5th gear the heater plug light came on!
There was no change in how the car drove at all still boosts and drives normally but the damn light is worrying me.

Ive cleaned the EGR valve and drained the fuel filter then refilled using the hand primer, checked all glow plugs which are very recent and all work and glow red when 12v is attached.

The fuel level was just off the red but range still indicated 130miles.

the glow lamp is a general engine fault light. Only a Renault specific reader will give you a code. good luck
