I've used Rain-X a few times and never had smearing issues. Water just beads and flies of the screen.

To be fair I've heard exactly the same, folk won't put a wet car in the garage

As above, always found Rain-x good stuff!? Anything above about 50 and you wouldn't need wipers...

I can understand them wanting to clean it but at least leave it untill the next day lol. I'm so glad I'm not that anal, I'd never bloody enjoy my car otherwise

They last ages though Chris as they are Silicon rather than rubber with a silicon touch. Still mint now after being on nearly 2 years and it's a daily runner.
3 £20 sets over 2 years is £60.

they'd be no good for me sin i have that much polish on my windscreen when i'm driving and it rains the water streams up the glass that quickly its like the millenium falcon at warp speed
