knocking sound coming from the rear of my panda???

Default knocking sound coming from the rear of my panda???

Hi all.

My little panda has stared makeing a metal on metal knocking noise comeing from the rear end of the car. On the french drivers side. Could it be a bush gone??? Do you guy's think it could be that?

yes it could be a shock bush or the exhaust, get underneath and grab the shocks and see if one moves , use a lever if that's easier look for excessive movement,
will be easier if you take the weight off the axle, by jacking up the bodyshell,
don`t work under there, without axle stands or some blocks of wood

Thanks for the advise mate. Verry helpfull i will have a look this weekend.

Could be many things, but check the obvious first. I had a really annoying rattle in my car. I couldn't pin point it for ages until I opened the back door one night and the light didn't come on. Turns out somehow the bulb had dropped out the holder and was rattling around inside the unit lol.

Hi all. Well i thank you all for your help. I now know whant the prob is. The exhaust is hiting the underside of the car.
