Thanks to the guys who helped me decide to keep my grey s2, been driving it around more and more the last few weeks and remembered why I wanted one in the first place. Glad I didn't just give it away cheap.

Good lad.People make me laugh when they have spent a fortune on there cars then they wanna sell them cause they dont have time to enjoy them.Surely they must have a few spare hours in a week to go out for a little drive.

Unfortunately not Glenn. My S1 ventured out the garage last Monday for the first time since May, and at the moment I have no idea when she's next likely to see daylight. The way things are at the moment, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that may be it for this year.
I don't get much free time, and when I do I want some downtime not be out driving. I do enough of that as it is.

Pleased you kept her. Still got hold of mine too, was so close to chucking it, but something kept repairing it until it came good. Nothing left to replace bar the crank seal (flywheel side), which I plan to do over the winter.
Nice to have a fellow Mercury Grey RST owner around
