Default TomTom 6" needed?

Any recommendations guys??...what do you have and how good.
After closure on m25 fro junction 27 to 25 and no choice to get off, we didn't have a clue where we were going ....so after a massive row with wifey we have decided its time for either a tomtom or she gets a new husband.

Lol I've got a TomTom, not sure what size screen but we tend to use our iPhones, I find it's actually better because the iphone screen is better quality/clearer, and it's bang up to date for free, where as you have to pay to update maps on TomTom's.

I understand not everyone has a smartphone/enough mobile data though

i've got a tomtom xxl and it's been great

simple to use and not as complicated as other makes, which may be better but once you've got used to the tomtom you'll not go back to anything else

I have the Tomtom Start 25 Europe, lifetime map updates SD card slot for when the maps get too big for the internal memory. Halfrauds have an offer on at the moment on this one, £99, haven't found it cheaper anywhere else.
