Old style log book help needed

I picked up an 1 owner 1.6 GL Orion today, but , it has the old "original" log book, anyone know what the deals is now with these, will I be ok to send it off and receive a new one???

Just fill it in and send it off. I did this recently with a 1275gt and got a current one back in a couple of weeks. I did ring DVLA first and that is what they said to do.
