Default xr3i(mk4) 2L n/a zvh mfi conversion

I have been offered a nearly fully refurbished 2.0 zvh N/A engine (mfi). Before jumping the gun thought id see what exactly i will need to do to swap my 1.6 mfi engine with the zvh. Also is their any problems that i should be looking out for? or can anyone point me in the direction to someone who knows these conversions?

Thanks Alex

I would save yourself some cash and just fit a 2 litre Zetec. Getting the head right with a ZVH seems critical and something most people overlook meaning power and torque drop off past 5.5k rpm. Only my opinion and I don't expect lots of agreement but the ZVH is a pretty pointless engine, either build a proper CVH or go full Zetec rather than do a halfway house.

Good luck with however you decide to do it.

If it's mfi surely you just bolt all your mfi bits onto it as all that's changed is the block? Don't know aBout fuelling assume it's gonna need setting up?
