Anyone have any tips on how to repair or replace?

I 're-shaped mine by beating them out from Inside the footwells, only because I needed to cut out above them any way because of rotten footwells, but I suppose you could use a slide Hammer and do it from the outside!

I was hoping to avoid that......

I'm wondering if anyone does repair panels or if I could fabricate a couple somehow, or chop them off another car and weld them on?

I made some for a 3dr years ago when i did an underside resto on it












Pretty easy shape to make and with them welded in the corners i covered the welds up with the sealer

I chopped mine off reshaped them and welded them back on

Mike I done my mates ones welded studs on and used a slide hammer. welded any holes made by pulling.

I'm liking the idea of chopping them off and re shaping them and welding them back on
