its constantly being updated mate.
Every trader with a car on the site should have his own autotrader software installed on there PC which enables them to upload an advertisement without having to contact autotrader, i know, ive used it

For trade sales, you can update it whenever you want.
For private sales, your advert will be placed in the mag on a thursday, your advert will go live online whenever a typist can be bothered to type it up! which is usually a wednesday night, but adverts will be added on wednesdays and thursdays only!
