Default In car video cameras. Anyone got one fitted?

As above.

Thought about fitting one in my Mondeo after someone whacked my rear bumper in a car park last week and just drove off.

Anyone got one fitted? Which ones are best?

Thought about this one as it comes with front and rear cameras - http://www.store.mi-witness.co.uk/mi...ial-offer.html

No, the one in the link has a 'parking' mode. it stays idle until it senses movement then starts recording. so it would have caught the bastard!

I got one off these after my brother had an accident a few months ago and the person he hit claimed for everything you can think off when it was a 50/50 accident.

The one I have just sits behind the rear view mirror so you don't even notice it and I comes on when you turn on the ignition. So its basically fit and forget.

It doesn't have the parking feature though as it was one of the cheaper models but it still does the job.

Its Psycho Warren - get it right glenn!! youve been on here long enough to know

Plenty of cameras on the market from Ł10 china specials to thousands of pounds multi camera units similar to what the cops have.

You really dont need to spend more than Ł100 for a decent front and rear camera unit with GPS.

If you want something simple, the ebay chinese stuff is fine as long as you do your research and pick a decent model.

Wasn't there a character in Porridge called 'Warren'?

'Bunny' was his nickname as I recall

Here you go. http://shop.roadhawk.co.uk/roadhawk-720-dash-camera

There are also cheaper versions on ebay but I'd stick with the branded one as you get a 1 year warranty.
