Can see some, but it's pretty dark.

What's the loud hissing noise at the engine ?

My old next door neighbour was convinced as his S2 was knackered after a turbo replacement because of the smoke issue as he sold it !!!.

When I fitted a new turbo on my Sapphire I took off the cooler, pipes etc and cleaned them all out with petrol.I dont know how long the car had been used with a goosed turbo but man it took ages to get rid of all the oil.Best thing to do imo is get it as hot as you can
Just give it beanz, obviously keeping an eye on the engine temp and boost level.

As for headgasket troubles,I have had cracked heads and gasket failures on different cars. Some were really noticeable and some not. You may loose a noticable ammount of water and there again you may not.It only takes a tiny bit to be somewhere it should not and you will get smoke.

The compression test seems ok imo but using half of the original turbo would of been a no no for me.Go out in it a whale it when its warm and see what its like.

I bet there is a crack in the housing.Unless you are really unlucky (as it seems with this car) then maybe the hg has actually gone.

HG head gasket.Fuck me I missed the end of the vid but shit thats a lot of oil on the floor

Do another vid in daylight pls.

If its filling the pipes up and cooler and also smoking it points directly at the turbo for me.
As you have said you have ordered another ? then that should cure it.Be advised though it will still smoke its bollocks off untill all the old oil has been burned away.Like I say best thing to do is get as much off as you can and clean it out, carb cleaner is good or petrol.

Good luck

There was no oil aroun it! Just suite from mani.its def not turbo related as both turbos I fitted have been recons and are good ! This one spins freely and very fast on idle.
Wen I rev a little it spit a bit of oil from breather pipe that connects to airfilter,

Sure you're doing the compression test correctly, ie ensure throttle is open ? how fast does compression rise on each cylinder ?

And a picture of the plugs might help.

So does it seem like there is excessive pressure in the crankcase ?

I plugged into spark plug and the pipe work and gauge!

Then cranked her a few turns but didnt fire her up!

The needle jumped straight up to 150lbs or there abouts on each 1
I'm not sure about the crankcase pressure buddy!
I'm
Not that mechanically minded I can bolt on an off but not set timing and understand pressures n that!
Car ticks over and idles smooth and quite !

Ill have a pic of plugs tomorow once my local garage has had a butchers

Test must be done with throttle wide open.

They never jump straight to the final pressure, it always takes a few turns.. How quickly it builds is also important.

Although despite that, the numbers if accurate sound reasonable.

Ive had them before with cracked pistons, and they too ran great. There was only a very light tick at idle, and slight miss every now and then at idle that gave it away.
Normally they have a super smooth idle compared to some cars.

But if yours is spewing smoke out....and pushing oil out the breathers, that isnt a good sign. If there is piston damage to the extent it's burning oil that bad, there would be some signs on the plug from any damaged cylinder.

It's thick white smoke buddy, I'm sure it's coolant , it's leaking under the car . It doesn't sound like a tick some times on idle if u listen closely also the exhaust does blow a hoop puff every now n again,

To be ohnest I'm assuming it jumped to pressure straight away as I cranked it 5-6 times n it was at the mark.

What would cause the pistons to score, the automatic tensioner unit did snap and it was tappin so I cut her out straight away and replaced tensioner unit , she ran fine after that tho, give her a good thrashing n then she lost power! To be honest it wasn't smoking when the duffed turbo was on there! Since fitting new 1 it started smoking !

Sounds like there is a lot more history here than you're telling.

The tensioner on the timing belt ?

Why are you saying scored pistons ?

But the coolant leak is a new thing ? you never mentioned it before ?

Really with all the crap going on, it's impossible to diagnose remotely. It needs someone competent and trustworthy to look at it.

Or break it for parts.

No, I said cracked pistons that was caused by detonation.

Crack isnt a score, or melted etc etc etc
