if im on an early shift ill sometimes fire the orion up and go for a run along the seafront.in my van all day but hearing boost and chatter turns me into a smiling 17 year old again lol

Biggest concern near you is fucking muntjack! I second guessed overtaking someone between Bainton and Lolham corner, glad i did as one sauntered across in front of them, seconds in it, i could have had a new hood ornament!
Roads from Langtoft, through Stowe, Greatford, Ryhall to Stamford are awesome when its quiet.

Fuckers them, make a nice "dent" in the bonnet! Don't think I've ever been the back roads on the commute, might come back Castor way tomorrow.
Never been over that way, only really through Barnack when I went to college, and that was in the Scort. Nearly stacked it when it was icy near the single lane bridge near Uffington!

I used to when I had an RS as a daily...
It's not quite the same going out in a new modern car, not quite as relaxing and for filling driving the E61 out and about even though it's a nice car.
Used to go out once a week late to fill my tank and have a blast.
I did it again this year in the RS Van but that's tucked away now, will do it again once it's back out.
