Which is better..... Swivel seal or fast flow?

And why?

In terms of flow...really dont think there is much odds between them

And I'd always prefer the swivel seal, because the hose is allowed some movement, so the fittings and hose are less likely to be strained.

Fast flow fittings do swivel a little, but only if you turn them with a spanner.

Isn't there a difference when making the hoses off?
