Question Cat D car

Just wondering does a damaged Cat D car have to be VIC tested or is it just Cat C?

Cheers

No just cat C. You may need to pay for the V5 though if it isn't there iirc, I may be wrong though!

Most car D cars wont need a Vic, they do randomly pull a few though
the only real way to find out is ask the DVLA if it has a Vic marker.
