The normaly ones, how quick are they? And what spec cossie would you never to see them off in a straight line?

As theres a Noble garage by me now and over Sunday when it was nice i seen quite a few about, so i think over the summer theres going to be loads!


Hmmm So want to make sure i dont get shown up. on the straight atleast

3ltr turbo seen them do low 12sec 1/4 mile down the pod mate

This probably wont be popular !

Is that how you lot now see fast cars is it ! Lee nobles over 20 years of race car design , preperation and racing , condensed into a 1/4 mile blast . That does not define speed in my book , perhaps if the car was a dragster or some other special build with one purpose then yes, but supercars, and that is what these are at heart , cant be classed as drag racers , maybe you can keep up with a badly driven one on a main road but these are GT cars and only excel on the limit around tracks .

lol Nah i know they are awsome cars, and would smash a cossie in every way around a track etc. but just woundering what they are like in a straight line so incase you happen to trundle upon one one night on an empty Dual carriage way lol

Try it and see and see if your yellows can pump enough fuel in Dont forget to wave when he passes you though If he can .......

Be intresting, no dought i will have a run in with one as theres loads about on the nice day we had on Sunday.

The time to have gone out was Saturday as i imagine the rounds around here was dead while everyone watch the match!

check the noble website gives u loads of details. i wouldnt want to even mess with one even in a well tuned cossie. in a different league.

they are a very nice car i thought they used a twin turbo modeo v6 but maby wrong

yeah they use a 2.5 duratec (basiclly) with two turbies.

as its been said, they come into their own on track. a properly driven one will overtake an elise on the outside. theyre nuts apparently!

yeah they where caprixpack when they first came out then they went with the 3.2 lump and so on.
