Towing a car with a tow rope laws?
Is it still legal to tow a car with another car using a tow rope? I know its something like if the rope is over 1.5m then you must have a marker flag in the middle of the rope, apart from that i cant see anything else?
Got to tow a car tonight using my car and a tow rope, the lights work on the towed car so thats not a problem.
Should have no reason to be stopped?

Got to tow a car tonight using my car and a tow rope, the lights work on the towed car so thats not a problem.

It can be towed for recovery purpose only and both cars must have tax, mot and insurance
