Got one in at work the other day for repair.2 young lads ( apprentices )were all over it ,all mountune under the bonnet.My question is there's a little plaque,sticker on the dash that reads 1/500. Now the young lads are convinced its the first one built of 500 and is worth a fortune.ive said its one of 500 not the first of 500.Do they all say 1/500 or do some say 3/500 or 320/500???

And cheapened the ford 500 name in the process imo, more like a dealer special! Most if not all fiesta "500's" came without the rear badge fitted and had to be ordered and retro fitted by the customer!

All they were was ford using up all the black ST's as no one ordered them. Slap some different stickers on it and paint the wheels and people soon snapped them up.

a good friend of mine has an st500 which didn't come with the badge on the back.took him a while to find one at reasonable price

Same as the yellow and green fiesta zetec s es they also have the same plaque.I dont know why they couldnt of been numbered properly.
