Yeah you missed some great stuff, jano looked like he had a hoot on track, caught out a few times, looked like he was getting round well tho

 

its the joys of track action was some pretty decent cars on track and of course that itself creates possibility of incidents

 

As said before I had to rush off to okay golf thanks for organising such a great stand. Was nice to meet you. I had to guess it was you as didn't know anyone

 

It's always a shame when cars get damaged but that's the risk I guess.

Glenn - I've pretty much made my mind up mate. If I break the escort I can have a change of spec on the saph so it's not all bad

Every car on our stand looked amazing! But as I have a thing for series 1's, I have to add that the two white ones looked amazing together!!!

 

the more shows you come to the more names you put to faces, if ever you want to know whos whos just tag around with me for an hour and you will know them all

 

Whilst i was there the track action was pretty much continuous only pausing to let one session off before allowing the next session on. Great selection of cars too but the best/quickest had to be the RS200, he had a little tussle with one of the Silverstone Evoras but then humiliated it by leaving it standing and i think the Evora went off to sulk and lick its injured pride as i never saw him out again whilst the RS200 was still on track.

 

That RS200 was a monster on track! I saw the owner as he drove past and asked him how was it out there and he grinned n laughed lol

Was that you in the RS200 mate? What is the spec. of the car? The Evoras had pretty much been dominating the track until you went on, i would have loved to have seen the look on the Evora drivers face when you pissed on his parade .

 

One of our leads to distributor cap came off after our warm up lap so was left with 3 cylinders, still mugged a few cars off.
We was looking for your car Craig and we couldn't see it

 

Glad to hear it mate . Do you know what happened to cause them to end up in a ditch, it was on a relatively straight section of dual carriageway.

 

I wish I seem the RS200 against the Evoras.

It was me who organised the RS200 to appear, I had it on the RSOC stand as our guest (im on committee) and have been working with the mach 2 team to get the car to the show.... National day was the plan but the car wasnt back in time

Mark Rennison, double ex british rally cross champion was driving it...had a few drinks with him on saturday night and got some good crack from what goes on at pikes!

The car had a few hairy moments and couldn't show full potential due to traffic.....

Ended up loosing drive half way through session as it only arrived back from pikes peak wednesday..... was set up at 2 bar...950bhp, but due to being back at lower altitude it was running bad and overboosting to 2.3bar...1000+ bhp and this shear a shaft in transfer box!

Sounded like it was missing on boost a little when i see it but still went very well

 

What car nearly crashed into the focus at the start of the vid.

 

That was the nob head driving the red Lotus. He was driving like a complete arsehole and almost caused a few crashes whilst we were watching
