Okay, for them who run fiesta mk3 what would advice be on wheel size? Is there a big difference between 15s and 16s with handling? The issue is the cars running high spec brakes and 15s won't go over them. So if 15s were my best option I would need to convert to 4x4 cosworth brakes and 2wheel drive disks. The cars currently on gaz coilovers. Currently got ecos wheels on but they are way too wide for track.
Your advice please

15" no arguements. Choose the wheel carefully and you may clear the brakes, or accept the compromise and use a 16" rim. Either way lose the Escort Cossie jobs as although they look smart the offset at ET25 and 8J width make them fucking useless.

Definitely way to wide the cosworth wheel. Noticed this on our last track day.
Plus with 15s I can drop the car some more and harden the suspension as its on very soft to stop the car jumping around the corners.
Is there any standard camber adjustments that can be made to the car at all?

15's and you need 4x4 cossie calipers AND 4x4 discs.. 2wd disc are for converting a escort (s2). st170 disc/calipers fit under 15 inch comps (300mm disc). i have AP racing 4 pots and 300mm disc's under 15's

Fiesta ST150 discs and callipers fit and work nicely behind a 15" rim, I ran them on my old FRST. Mate uses Cossie 4x4 fronts on his 380bhp FRST and that sort of stops

i'm on 15's on mine but the car handled better on the 14's with slicks and fiesta challenge brakes. i have 300mm hi specs on with comps(its tight) and big body ledas....its been a pain to get wheels to fit ET 26/27 is about right.

i was going 15" as they drive much better but just got some pro race 1.2's with tyres for Ł128 on ebay so cant grubble
as above a 15" wheel with the best offset and sticky tyres is the way to go, cossie brakes with decent discs and track pads, and good bushes and suspension
