OE look gear knob for T5 (2wd) where from??

Default OE look gear knob for T5 (2wd) where from??
As title, does anyone know if the 2wd T5 OE gear knob has been replicated and if so by what company?? I thought Burtons listed them but apparently not, got to get one before next Wednesday.

An escort gti gear knob is the same apart from the insert being White instead of black. Auto specialists have new ones with different colour tops, u could get a worn standard one take the top off and put it on a gti one, this is what I did plus the gti ones seem harder wearing.

Nice one I have a used one with a perfect insert and have just ordered a GTi one from Burtons.
