Cheapest way to get more power from my ST170 guys??

good service decent exhaust and air filter then a bluefin and that should bring you up to near the 170 area which is what ford claimed it had as std but never did

"Cheap" and "power" don't go hand in hand I'm afraid.

this is true especially on the 170 as ford wrung the neck out of it from the factory.

but strip the interior out and it will feel like its gained 15 to 20 bhp.

Adjustable exhaust cam pulley mod, do your research and you will get all the info needed

8bhp proven mod, then add
Remapp
Exhaust, decat,
Induction kit

The best other mod you can get is a ultralight steel single flywheel and matching clutch, will make the engine rev faster and more freely

And in the states you can get pulleys that add to the clutch set up

But to be honest the best way for more power is either cams and throttle bodies or forced induction
