Basicly guys my sister bought a car from a car dealer about a year ago the there were faults on it ect so it went back to them in october iirc then they had it weeks,tey then said te turbo was knackered so replaced that.se got the car back and ever since its had an oil leak and her being her just disnt do anything about untill now its got that bad its pissing out.a local garage to her looked at it and said its leaking from the turbo oil return pipe but didnt want to touch it due to the other garage doing the work on it.shes phoned the garage who did the work (under there warrenty) and they have said basicly they dont want anything to do with it ad for them to look at it she will be charged.
Can they do this? Or should they be fixing it for free?

Are you outside the warranty period?

If it is just the drain pipe is just get a garage you trust to do it, as it shouldn't cost too much
