Hey Guys....what would u recomend then Best Intercooler running 220bhp on a S2 Escort RS Turbo?
I have a GRS Motorsport at the mo but NOOOOO GOOOD!

hi mate my car run s 300 bhp with a grs and had no prob,s yet check your hose,s for oil and contamination cheers tomy .

modify the ends so theres a lip on em, cant be that hard. or get a pro alloy

I had the original without the extra lips and worked fine with 22psi on mine. Try doing the jubilee clips up

Jim, it's gotta be something really simple, jubilee's could be knackered or just not fitting hoses correctly, they do have to go on a little way to fit right

Drill a hole in the end pipes and fit a self tapper so hoses can't come off

maybe hoses are too short and the engine flex is pulling them off ?

pro alloy all the way for me but dont like the fans on the cooler so waitng for wayne to make the newer version with fans on rad
