Would a Hyundai coupe suit her you'd get a nice 2005 2.0 auto coupe with leather climate cruise xenons etc quite nice to drive and well built friend just sold a 130k 2003 one with Fsh for £1200 = a lot of car for the money and looks nice.

Avoid mini auto as its a jerky cvt style auto.

Mate has just picked up Citroen C4 VTR+ 1.6 diesel auto ( 6 speed ) with flappy paddle things, it's on a 56 (07) plate with 61K on the clock, dual zone climate, Bluetooth factory stereo, front fogs, 67mpg on cruise at 70, for £2.5k as a trade sale from a local dealer, looking around they are going for around 4K. It's a surprisingly comfy, quiet and nippy.
