Default Can someone help me with advise on a parking charge notice?

Cut a long story short i got a parking charge notice through the post this morning from the 4/6/13,i parked in the peel centre in stockport for 85 minutes.
I did pay for ticket,it asked for the reg,i typed fuck off in but i did buy a ticket to cover me while i was there.
I have been caught by a anpr camera, they have a pic of me going in and out,its a private carpark operated by excel parking services sheffield.
I have no intention of paying the 60quid fine but i understand i can't just bin the notice? do i have to respond to it?
Any help apreciated

Ignore it. You are not required
By law to tell them who was driving and they don't have the power to fine you.

It's a charge for breach of contract. Too much hassle for most to take it to court but if they did you would have to pay what's owed. Pay for an hour, stay hour and half you owe half hour.
Also it's against the law for it to effect credit ratings as well.

The one time ignore and it will go away.

Love the reg! Hahaha

If you get a charge notice not council !
you need not tell them nothing
but once you give the notice of driver at the time then the balls will roll

Just ignore it and any subsequent letters, they stop after about 6 months!

Peel centre is a twat for parking mate, just ignore the letters and tick off threatening letters you get.

I park over the road instead at united carpets lol

I got a ticket just before Christmas from a company that's not on the national list of company's that's registered to give tickets.
But after after emailing them they are owned by a company that is! But as the tickets not made out in the name of a company that is I told them I'm not paying.
I still haven't herd anything

Only councils can enforce tickets, not these jokesters that's why you should ignore their invoices.

The advise used to be if it's Penatly Charge (Council) pay it.

If it's Parking Charge (Private) ignore it,

BUT The Law changed last year.

If you paid for a ticket, they have no chance in hell of ever winning any case in court - ever.

It matters not that you annoyed them by typing in a random number plate. The fact is you paid for the service you recieved.

I quite often use a random plate or when buying stuff use a false name as i dont want crap in the post and id rather what i buy or where i go was my business and nobody elses.

photo copy your parking reciept with the wrong reg on it send it to them with your pcn and say you are not required to put in the correct reg by law! you paid that's it you don not have to put in your address! your reg is up to you but if they have cctv they have it anyway! Remember you have a right to privicy under the human rights act and they will not wish to test this in a court!

ALSO what happens if you are dyslexic or can not write? You are still allowed to drive! your license proves this!

don't reply to them

as soon as you do they will just start sending more and more letters to you

but do scan them and post them up, i had about 9 from them in about 3 years, after a while i wrote to them to say "please stop sending me letters or i will have to plant a tree to recycle the paper you are using" or words to that effect

If you're dyslexic, you wouldn't be bothered by demands from Parking charge companies..

Tremendous advice which worked a treat 18 months ago

Sadly the law has changed so you are wrong and the charge is enforceable to the registered keeper
