Popped to my brothers garage to give the car a clean today

He owns the wheeler dealer saff

Anyway his car was on the SfS stand at classic ford at pod and some mindless wast of space thought it would be a cleaver idea to snap the bit of black plastic bit on the rear door ( the little triangle shape bit ) off

He knows it was snapped off as the little plastic lugs where left in the door

No one saw a thing

What makes people do things like this is beyond me

Well lucky for the person to not get caught cos he would have been smashed to fuck and back and back again

 

Scummy cunts... definitely had some balls to do this at a show, i'd have smashed em had I seen it (you just don't fuck with peoples pride and joys) and they knew how much it meant to the owner because they must of been an enthusiast to be at classic ford sorry bud hope you get this sorted!!

 

Not nice to hear, only a small fix but it is the principal that matters.

its not uncommon to hear this at any show tbh especially when busy like classic ford was, still does not make it right though and bang out of order

 

They might have been trying to steal the part for their own vehicle.

 

There is no need at all.Was there any car parts pinched of the stands like at ford fair.

 

shocked by this, but there was a spate of thefts in show car parks a couple of years back. sapph towing ete covers iirc.

 

Bad that, this happened to my brothers nova years ago someone pinched all the clipps that hold the wiring loom down under the engine bay from his Nova, we didn't realise untill the loom got wrapped round the driveshaft on the way home causing the car to nearly catch fire (luckily had a extingisher).

 

Why would anyone want to do that.....idiots.

 

some fu*k*r nicked the cap with the warning sensor off my brake fluid bottle a couple of years ago! I was not happy! that was at RS national day!

The only show I went to and didn't have car on a stand was when I first bought my 3dr, left it in car park, when I returned to car I had 1 centre cap missing, nsr jacking point missing and my windscreen rubber had been pulled out half way around screen. It boiled my piss and nearly made me sell up!

 

I suppose theiving cunts come in all shapes and sizes

I'll be sure to cavity search these two paying perticular attention to the cleavage area, she could easily be hiding a few bits of trim and filler caps down there

fucking terrible that mate its supposed to be enthusiasts that go to these shows it sickens me that scum cunts come to these events with nothing in mind but to ruin it for everyone, thats why i stopped going usc at pod as it was full of pricks i hope other shows dont turn the same way, hope your mate gets it sorted cheaply

 

It wasn't nice when I saw it. I don't know why anyone would do it. The part has been snapped off so ain't no good to anyone as the lugs that fix it to the car are broken off. Just mindless inbred cunts being cunts. I would live to have caught them doing it though

I've seen it before, bits getting nicked cars getting damaged, even pricks tinkering in the engine bay, winding the boost up and adjusting the fuel regs. Heard some right horror stories about people on there way back from shows and their engines melting because some cunts been tinkering,

Even happened to me at one, actuator taken off the turbo, twats.

 

Wots the point in it all. We have these cars and go to the shows out of love for the cars. If I had seen the prick damaging my car it would of been knuckle sandwiches for lunch 👊

exactly why I don't like going to shows,only took my car to two shows second one it got damaged(dent in rear door)

 

fook me your not missing much, dead giveaway is the 6metre high sail flag stuck under my wheel and me arranged parking on the stand

Seems to be happening a lot a fair bit, some dirty pikey thieving toe rag decided to walk up my drive way a couple of weeks ago and steal all 4 centre caps from my brand new wheels that hadn't even seen the road!! So after shelling out for the wheels and tyres I've now got another £150 to spend on replacing then, things like this really make me think twice about having a nice car
