Default Mondeo 1994 won't start after i took out the dash

Hello

I got a problem whit my car (see this project thread https://passionford.com/forum/restor...sh-is-out.html )

After i removed the dash it won't start. I haven't cut any wires besides the switch in the glove compartment and the wire to the dimmer switch for the instrument light.

What can be wrong? Can it be the alarm or imobilizer? That will be taken out anyway but i don't know how integreted it is in the car.

So where to start?

Did you put the immobilizer ring back on round the ignition barrel? Silly question, but easy to miss....

Haven't touched the ignition barrel at all. Its the complete dash above that is removed.

This is how it looked when the dash was taken out. Is there somethng i have missed?
EDIT: I don't think the fuelpump is starting
EDIT2: THere should be a light somewhere for the alarm but where is it?

No other ideas?

Iam thinking of doing a rewire to the ignition. Just a flip switch for the ignition and a starterbutton but how to wire it?. There must be a breaker on the outside of the car that kills the car in case of accident

from memory you need to plug the clock and the speedo back in to allow the pats circuit to function.

Where should this be? I found it on the floor and have no idea where it came from. It could be from the fancontrol but iam not sure

Refitted all parts to the loom and it fired right up. Removed all parts again and still started like a dream. Strange but now its starting.
