I think what they are trying to say is that anyone who can afford £120k must be rich.... lol they have probably only upped it cos realistically, nothing is as low as £60k anymore! £60k won't even buy you a 1 bed terrace round here anymore...

WTF have you bought???
A £500,000.00 house would be exactly £15,000.00 in Stamp Duty.
Hows your re-mortgage going? Did it all go through ok?

Had the survey on Monday, just waiting for the mortgage Co to make an offer and then its over to the solicitors for the conveyancing.
Fingers crossed.

We have a house in Lordswood.
1 bed with garden and garage
Yeah no real problems, only that the mortgage offer came through for more money than we asked for, so had to wait for a revised offer, and all the contract went missing in the post , but we believe it was the lazy solicitor lying to us.
But its just about there now and exchange of contracts should happen very soon and we have all agreed to complete next Thursday 24th.

Yeah its right at the top of Bluebell Hill Junction 3 of the M2.
Garage is En-Bloc but is right out our back gate and we can see it by looking out the bedroom window.
The house was built in the late 70's so not too old.
I can get vans for free Big blue ones with xxxx Limited wrote all over them.
Thanks for the offer though mate, we only have a few things, 2 settees and a bed at the moment so should manage fine.
