Im running a Kent Cam on my EFI think it needs changing, what Camshaft and Followers do i buy? Escort rs ones or Fiesta Rs ones? stupid question but all my S1's have been standard never had an efi before

 

Buy a newman cam! - I did because the 3 kent ones I was supplied with to start with were all faulty!

Newman also do specific followers and ancillaries to match too! I also have to say Newman's customer service was very good too!

Give them a ring and discus what you want out if the cam and what you have at the moment, also what you have done re remaping etc. You want the cam to work in synergy with your existing engine!
