Default What Camshaft

Im running a Kent Cam on my EFI think it needs changing, what Camshaft and Followers do i buy? Escort rs ones or Fiesta Rs ones? stupid question but all my S1's have been standard never had an efi before

Buy a newman cam! - I did because the 3 kent ones I was supplied with to start with were all faulty!

Newman also do specific followers and ancillaries to match too! I also have to say Newman's customer service was very good too!
