stereo problem

Default stereo problem
hi there, i have a mk2.5. I bought it from Ford dealer with o km brand new. Recently when i turn on the radio it requests the code. It is happening every time i turn on the radio. I put the code and the radio turns on. The next day it requests again the code. Any idea? thanks

will be a problem with the permenant live to the radio mate
