Default Fitting a seatbelt harness in saph, what's best?

I'm going to fit harnesses in my car at some point in the near future and I need a couple of minor pointers please. It seems really straight forward, but I have also never paid that much attention to it either

So, if I'm going to fit them in a saph, what do I need? I realise they're adjustable, so will any one fit?

Personal choice but mine is the quick release type rather than fully bolted in. Always feel a 4 point fits and feels better plus they are not mega dear.

If you go this route then don't forget your eyelets to clip on to
